How do I place an order?

Simply get in touch by phone, email, or through our contact form. We'll arrange a time to visit you at home — there's no need to come to us. Over a quiet cup of tea, we'll look through our lookbooks together and talk about what you have in mind.

How much notice do you need?

We ask for as much notice as possible, but we understand that funerals are often arranged quickly. Please get in touch as soon as you know the date and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you. The sooner we speak, the more time we have to source exactly the right flowers.

Do I need to visit a shop?

Accepted Answer

No — we come to you. We work from a home studio near Peterlee and visit families by appointment. We find that sitting together at home, away from the bustle of a shop, makes for a much more personal and unhurried conversation.

Can I choose specific flowers or colours?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Every tribute we create is designed around the person you've lost — their favourite flowers, the colours they loved, or a particular style that felt like them. We'll talk through all of this together during your consultation.

What if a flower I want isn't in season?

Accepted Answer

We'll always be honest with you about what's available. If a particular flower isn't in season, we'll suggest beautiful alternatives that carry the same feeling. Our aim is always to create something that feels right, not just to tick a box.

Can you create a tribute in a specific shape or letter?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we can create hearts, crosses, cushions, initials, and many other shapes. If you have something specific in mind, just let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen. These bespoke tributes are priced individually, so please ask for a quote.

How are the flowers delivered?

We liaise directly with your funeral director to ensure all tributes are delivered on time and in perfect condition. You don't need to worry about the logistics — we take care of everything.

What area do you cover?

We're based near Peterlee and serve families across the North East. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, please get in touch and we'll let you know.

Can you deliver sympathy flowers to a home address?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if you'd like to send flowers to a family who has suffered a bereavement, we can create a beautiful arrangement and deliver it to their home. Just let us know the address and when you'd like them to arrive.

How much do your flowers cost?

Accepted Answer

Our prices vary depending on the type and size of tribute. Posies and sheaves start from £40, wreaths from £70, casket sprays from £130, and sympathy arrangements from £40. Bespoke tributes are priced individually. We'll always give you a clear quote before any work begins.

Question 11

When do I need to pay?

Accepted Answer

To allow us to secure your fresh seasonal blooms from the market, full payment is required to lock in your order. All payments must be cleared at least 3 business days prior to the funeral service date.
